  • HAVE YOU EVER HAD YOUR 2 BOLT GS CAM SPROCKET SLIP AND CAUSE DAMAGE TO YOUR VERY EXPENSIVE RACING ENGINE?

 

  • OR HAVE A CAMSHAFT FLANGE BREAK WHILE YOUR ENGINE WAS RUNNING, BREAKING THE CAM CHAIN AND CAUSING SEVERE DAMAGE TO YOUR ENGINE?

THAT'S WHY WE'VE COME UP WITH A MODIFICATION FOR YOUR AFTERMARKET CAM BILLETS, REPLACING THE FRAGILE CAST IRON 2 OR 3 BOLT CAMSHAFT FLANGE WITH OUR BILLET 4140 4 BOLT FLANGE.

WE'LL TAKE YOUR NEW OR BROKEN AFTERMARKET CAMSHAFT AND MACHINE IT TO ACCEPT OUR BILLET 4 BOLT SPROCKET ADAPTER.  THE ADAPTER IS PINNED, WELDED AND THEN MACHINED TO FINAL DIMENSIONS TO ENSURE ZERO RUN OUT. WE SUPPLY THE MATCHING 4 BOLT ADJUSTABLE CAM SPROCKETS.  THE SPROCKETS ARE NOTCHED TO SLIDE OVER CAM LOBES UP TO .760” LIFT.

THIS MEANS NO MORE WELDING SPROCKETS TO CAMSHAFTS AFTER DEGREEING SO THEY CAN'T SLIP, MAKING IT NECESSARY TO GRIND AWAY WELDS IN ORDER TO RE-DEGREE CAMS.
